Standard Shipping:
Charges: A flat rate of ₹50 is applied to all orders under ₹699.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 working hours.
Dispatch Timing: Orders placed before 11:00 AM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Time: Typically delivered within 4-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Express Shipping:
Charges: A flat rate of ₹300 is applied for express shipping.
Availability: Available for selected locations across India.
Processing Time: Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
Delivery Time: Express shipping ensures the earliest possible delivery based on the delivery location, usually within 2-4 business days.
Priority handling: Orders via express shipping are given Priority Processing.
Local Delivery Information
We are pleased to offer convenient local delivery for customers within select areas. Here’s everything you need to know about our local delivery service:
- Delivery Area: We currently offer local delivery to the following pincodes: 521001, 521002, 521366, and 521149.
- Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days after processing.
- Processing Time: All orders placed before 2 PM will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Delivery Fees: Free delivery is available for all local orders.
- Contactless Delivery: If chosen for contactless delivery, your order will be left at your specified delivery location. You will receive a notification once your package is delivered.

Advance COD Policy:
We offer Advance Cash on Delivery (Advance COD) to ensure secure and hassle-free transactions.
Advance Collection: We collect a partial advance depending on order value. Minimum advance is ₹200.
COD Fee: Applied separately based on the order value, with a minimum fee of ₹50.
Deduction on Returns: In the event of return/refusal, the forward shipping, reverse shipping, and a flat ₹100 administration fee will be deducted from the advance. The remaining amount will be refunded.
Re-shipping Policy: If a COD order is returned, a fresh advance or full payment must be made before re-dispatch.
Order Tracking:
Email Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Live Updates: You will also receive live tracking updates on WhatsApp.
Secure Delivery: For added security, OTP verification is required at the time of delivery to ensure the order reaches the correct person.
