At Dritya Gold Imitation Jewelry, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. Please review our detailed return and refund policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are received in a damaged condition or if the wrong product was sent.
  • To initiate a return for a damaged product, you must provide a video of the package being opened. This video must clearly show the condition of the product as it is unpacked.
  • Returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact Customer Support:

    • Provide a detailed description of the issue along with the package opening video.

Return Approval:

  • Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive an authorization email with further instructions.
  • A flat rate of ₹150 will be charged for reverse shipping, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Packing and Shipping:

  • Ensure the product is in its original packaging and condition.
  • Securely pack the item to avoid any damage during return shipping.
  • Use the provided shipping label or follow the instructions given in the authorization email.

Refund Policy:

  • Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  • After the quality check is completed, we will process your refund within 24-48 hours.

  • Refunds are issued only in the form of digital gift cards, which can be redeemed for any future purchase on our website.

  • Gift card details will be sent to your registered email address after approval.

  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has successfully passed our quality checks.

Exchange and Cancellation Policy:

  • We do not offer exchanges for any products.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Important Notes:

  • Returns without a package opening video will not be accepted.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The original packing materials, such as the jewelry pouch or jewelry box, must be included with the return.
  • Returns will be rejected if the original packing materials are not included.
  • The flat rate of ₹150 for reverse shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy.

Advance COD Returns and Refunds:

  • Advance Payment Non-refundable:

    • For Advance COD orders, the advance paid (minimum ₹200) is non-refundable in case of:

      • Order refusal

      • Incorrect address

      • Any failed delivery

    • This covers forward shipping, reverse shipping, and admin handling.

  • Re-shipping Policy:

    • If a customer wants to re-ship the order after it is returned, a new advance payment of ₹200 (or full order value) is required.

  • Failed Delivery Refunds:

    • If any balance remains after deductions, it will be refunded via digital gift card after the product is returned and passes quality checks.

Refused or Failed Delivery Orders:

  • For all prepaid orders that are refused during delivery, they will be considered "Refused Orders" or "Failed Delivery Orders."
  • Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package three times.
  • If the customer refuses the order or fails to receive it during these attempts, the package will be returned to us.
  • In such cases, reverse shipping charges, along with the initial shipping charges, will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • Additionally, a ₹100 penalty will be applied to cover administrative costs related to handling the return.
  • The remaining refund amount will be processed once the returned package is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will only be initiated after the product has successfully been returned and passed our quality checks.
